Biovita Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Biovita, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange, return, and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be claimed within 7 days of receiving the product.

We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.

We accept exchanges for defective products or if you wish to replace your item with another product of equal or higher value (with the price difference covered by the customer).
2. Return Options
Option 1: Direct Return to Biovita
You can return your product directly to our office at Biovita, City Heart Plaza, Chiniot Bazar, Faisalabad. Once we receive the product and confirm its defect, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Option 2: Courier Pick-Up
Our partner courier service can pick up the product from your delivery address. Upon receiving the returned item, we will deduct Rs. 150 from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs. The remaining balance will be refunded via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
3. Important Notes

If you suspect the product has been tampered with, please keep the original packaging intact. We may require proof (photos/videos) before approving the return.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
4. Returns for Products Purchased from Other Stores

If you purchased Biovita products from another online store, please follow their return and refund policy.

If you purchased Biovita products from a physical retail store, please return them to that store based on their return policy.
